課程概述 |
這是為六年制PharmD學生設計的八個藥物治療學modules之第五個，這是整合性的課程，涵蓋病理生理、藥物治療與藥事照護。主題包括：心血管疾病、重症照護以及內分泌疾病課程。 |

課程目標 |
上完這些課程後，學生須能了解並盡可能學習日後如何應用於臨床實務。
1.心血管疾病、重症以及內分泌疾病病人的病理生理學。
2.心血管疾病、重症以及內分泌疾病病人的藥物治療學包括藥物治療的選擇、劑量療程設計、療效與副作用監測與療程修正等。

課程要求 |
教學方式：演講加案例討論
案例討論：
1.於開課前將所有案例列冊，提供給學生，並針每個案例學生應學習的重點，列出學生應討論的問題。
2.學習大綱將提供每門課的參考書籍章節。
3.每5位學生為一組，上課前，需先閱讀參考書籍，並討論所有問題與學習重點。
4.上課時，如時間許可，教師可以先給學生小組討論；隨後逐題隨機指定學生上台報告，請其他同學加入討論，並針對其報告給予評論，協助學生學習。
成績評核：
1.筆試：三次考試共100%（每次小考所佔比例依照課程比例計算）
a.第一次考試範圍：心血管疾病 (課次1-16)
b.第二次考試範圍：重症照護 (課次17-27,29)
c.第三次考試範圍：內分泌疾病 (課次28,30-39)
2.小組討論報告成績依照所佔課程比例加入成績計算 |
